Worst customer experience using an e-scooter app ever

Bit slow

Was so disappointed that I could not hire multiple scooters with the same account, then hired the scooter and it cost me $4.70 to drive it 1km! Supposed to be a Kiwi company!! Come on guys, you can do better than this!!!

I RECEIVE 10 NOTIFICATIONS A DAY telling me to make sure I lock my scooter. Fix this bug.

App is a bit clunky. Wish the unlock button was more handy.

These scooters are so much fun. My friend and I took one for a ride on the walkway and it was so cool. The speed wasn’t too slow or too fast either, it was just right. It takes about 5 minutes to sign up once you’ve downloaded the app. Would definitely take one out again. What a blast!

Cannot even use a credit card on more than one account. The setup process is awful and takes ages and is completely over the top compared to lime scooters.

Horrified by the extent of personal information required to use the scooters. Address, Drivers license details including a photo of your license. I’ve hired scooters from bike shops before and never had to give this level of personal information. Would love to know what it’s being used for or who it’s not being sold to...
