Have been a customer for 5+ years and discovered their malicious practices recently when I’ve tried to withdrawal 5k usdt I had in Earn account at 7% apy. The moment I try to withdrawal nothing worked anymore. Transactions are impossible with money from Earn, either absurd fees or nonsense error messages when trying to send it out. Support keeps telling you to log from incognito and send screenshots, upload of screenshots doesn’t work on their chat, emails are ignored. At last they give you a hint and you understand everything: please try to exchange your usdt to other crypto and transfer, magically now it works but you have to pay a high toll in fees! TOTAL SCAM!!!

I can’t find funds in my wallet

Set up my verification 2 months ago, send them 3 emails about my account not being verified and still no solution or clear answer on my problem. Please fix this.

The app keeps asking me to transfer my wallet to my Blockchain’s DeFi wallet. I didn’t want to, but accidentally pressed transfer which led to having to pay network fees. Shouldn’t you ask for a confirmation before proceeding? It’s almost a bad faith attempt at taking my coins away..

When trying to sell stx it says not possible

When you have an issue or a pending transaction and open a support case it will take more then 2 months before the case will pickup and another 2 months before it solved. In meantime you can’t do anything with your assets. Blockchain support tean need to get their act together.
