Leider hängt sich die App immer öfter auf! Es geht dann nichts mehr! Mann muss die App dann durch Wischen komplett schließen. Beim erneuten öffnen dann nur weißer Bildschirm und App reagiert nicht!  Leider völlig unbrauchbar.

Sowohl in der App als auch im Browser wird die Webseite nur teilweise dargestellt. Weder die App noch die Webseite sind auf einem iPad unter IOS 17 nicht benutzbar! Hier haben die Entwickler nicht gut gearbeitet. Da bleibe ich lieber bei CoinTracking.

Es ist nicht möglich die Email und das Passwort einzugeben. Das Feld bleibt einfach weiß obwohl die Tastatur auftaucht. Solange das Problem nicht behoben wird ist die App nutzlos

Seit einigen Jahren habe ich diverse Anbieter für den Kryptosteuerreport genutzt. Blockpit ist für mich der beste Anbieter. Die Software macht zuverlässig, was sie soll. Und wenn es mal klemmen sollte, ist der Support sofort da und löst das Problem. Vielen Dank and das Team von Blockpit!

Nutze die App für meine kompletten Steuerangelegenheiten und generell als Krypto-„Blockpit“. Über drei Jahre hat Blockpit inkl. App eine enorme Entwicklung hingelegt. Bin sehr zufrieden. Wenn es mal hakt, hilft mir der Support kompetent und schnell weiter. Ebenso die Blockpit-Community ist ein Asset, in der gegenseitige Unterstützung hilfreich ist. Weiter so! 😊

### *---- "Inkorrekte Werte einzelner Kaufpreis-Assets"
- durchschnittlicher Kaufpreise einzelner Assets in der Exchange und in Blockpit trotz API abweichend!

- gefühlt 100 FAQ klicken und keine Hilfe für das Anliegen… und nein, Sync etc. haben nicht geholfen!

- Versuch ein Ticket zu erstellen fehlgeschlagen, Dateien müssen einzel gesendet werden… umständlich!

- für eine bezahlte Pro Version 2024 sollte ein gewisser Service da sein.
Support fehlt um Anliegen side by side zu lösen!

Im Großen und Ganzen ist die App leider nicht zu empfehlen, da alles sehr umständlich und fehlerhaft wirkt.

Ich hätte gerne für mein Anliegen echten Support und nicht über eine AI die sich in der Beta befindet!
Hab jetzt lange genug nach Lösungen gesucht!
