I just paid and download the anual subs. To use in my apple watch and is not working. Could you do something or refund the money?

Si quieres usarlo en el apple watch tienes que pagar y visto el historial de problemas. Seguro que no funciona. No pienso pagar por algo que no me dejan probar. Y además me tacha el autor de mentiroso, ¡VERGONZOSO!

Not user friendly
My Mom bought this app on my phone. She could not make it work. I want to cancel the subscription and delete the app but there is no instructions as to how to do that. Would not recommend.
Complete ripoff
Does not measure blood o2 levels, would not connect with Apple Watch no matter what I did. The free trial is a LIE. There is NO FREE TRIAL. You will be charged IMMEDIATELY and then find out you forked over your money for a useless product; I don’t know where the high rating on this app comes from. Do not buy this! Would give zero stars if I could.
