I purchased, having linked my watch, so feel the app should have recognised that it’s not new enough to take the readings. No way of contacting app admin so down £22 even though had the upgrade for all of 5 mins.
Great to be aware when oxygen level drop. Constant monitoring
I DOWNLOADED THE APP TO TRY FREE TRIAL CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION DURING FREE TRIAL AS I WASN’T SATISFIED WITH APP BUT STILL GOT CHARGED £22 REFUSED TO PAY MONEY BACK. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.
This is NOT a blood oxygen monitor at all. Yes you can monitor your heart rate but you can get this free on Apple. What a waste of an annual subscription! Am SO disappointed. All this does is allow you to track your oxygen levels that you take yourself on an oximeter. Please can I have my money back.

Could not get past the first screen where it asks for a ridiculous subscription, one months subscription would pay for a nhs tested pulse and oxygen monitor.
I was expecting blood oxygen readings to be tracked from my Apple Watch, but the app only accepts manual readings from a separate Oximeter. So this app isn’t necessary at all. Misleading and confusing. Disappointed user!
Like other reviewers, I was expecting to put my finger to the camera and get a blood oxygen reading. Instead it asks you to complete a questionnaire and uses an “algorithm” to estimate your blood oxygen level! I feel that I have been conned. At 17 GBP it’s no joke. If you have had the same experience, don’t forget to cancel your subscription.
Don’t get it it’s rubbish
Wasn’t aware I could not measure my oxygen with my Apple Watch SE, there is no obvious disclaimer, and now I have wasted 17.99 on an app I won’t use as I can’t track it with anything. How do I go about getting a refund
