The app is great but very annoying

The app is very nice and very helpful, but the fact that it opens pop up every time you open to encourage you to subscribe is extremely annoying. I get it but not every time it shows. Once a week is enough.

I’ve used this app for 4-5 years now and it’s been a big help in keeping track of my bg.

Great App but unstable

I really like the features, especially the graphs and tagging but the App quits unexpectedly or locks up almost every time I use it (iPhone 15 ProMax, iOS 18.3). The data seems to be saved, and restarting restores the functions, but the instability is concerning. Also, when I try to submit the Contact form, in the App or on the website, I get an error every time. I am hoping these issues get resolved as I like the App.

Be very careful

There is no way to test this app without actually paying for it first and then you discover it it’s not the right thing for you. There’s no way to get a refund and you’re forced into a one year subscription. This is shockingly poor for a company that doesn’t allow a person to first establish if it’s the right app with a one day trial or a way to refund within 30 minutes.

Mistake

I downloaded the app with the impression that you could measure blood sugars. My mistake I didn’t realize it until too late. I can’t rate the app because I didn’t use it. The only bummer is they will not refund money. I think these apps should allow you to see the contents before secureing payment.
