I’ve downloaded the latest update after the Bupa app went kaput, but seems this app has the same problem: you register ok but when you try to log on, it opens a blank screen (no text, no buttons, just white). I’m on iOS18 but I tried this on iOS17 previously and same deal. Helpdesk tells me  to use PC interface on my mobile browser. Why have an app at all if that’s the case? I’d take reliability over the animated family any day.

Well designed and easy to use. The missions with rewards are really cool and the AI health scan is a neat feature. The AI scan’s heart rate was bang inline with my apple watch, and even my blood pressure matched my omron BP machine numbers closely, it’s very impressive!

非常之同意之前有一個意見，如果設計唔好個app就唔好嘥大家時間啦！久唔久就login唔到，好嘅coupon冇再繼續出，又或者將可換取Coupon嘅積分增加10倍，講真大家用呢個app嘅意圖無非都係儲分順便換coupon啫，感覺係唔想再做蝕本生意送coupon俾用戶啦，咁不如接咗佢啦！
