Blue Apron: Meal Kit Delivery

Blue apron meals are delicious, healthy, and well packaged.The Customer Service team is awesome, they are super responsive and quick to solve any issue or concern.I’ve used a lot of different meal service apps before, this one is the best. I highly recommend using Blue Apron as an easy solution to having square meals at home that taste really good and are healthy.I don’t have a lot of extra time to shop because I work a lot, and I certainly don’t have time to cook. Blue apron has ready-made meals that taste freshly cooked even though they come already prepped and ready to warm up and eat for dinner.

Exactly what I need

Our meal kits either came late or not at all, without warning. On New Year’s Eve ( we ordered the special dinner) it never arrived. Late that night we were informed they cancelled our entire weeks worth of food because of some “issue we are currently experiencing “. Could not contact customer service. (Unavailable ) The food was nothing spectacular either. Steaks were pure gristle. Save yourself … try ANY other food delivery service.

I like the app better than going on their website!

Please add a keyword search to the saved recipes & previously cooked recipes! I’d like to search by ingredients I have on hand.

I loved Blue Apron’s app when I first started using the service in 2023 but some of the new features have degraded it. The interface is much busier now, like how the ‘savings’ dollar amount is shown as a supposed discount, as if we didn’t understand how the prices worked when we chose a plan. Another change I disliked was when the app started mixing the premium meals with the regular meals to try to disguise their added cost. Customers aren’t naive, we know these changes are to upsell us not to improve the user experience. The app changes are one reason I’m using the service less now.

Been a subscriber for years and it keeps getting worse. At first they were grateful for the business and helpful when things went wrong. Nowadays there’s only a 50 percent chance that your box will be delivered with all the ingredients you ordered. I’ve mostly moved on to more reliable services.

Blue Apron app is easy to use. Recipes can be managed with no problems.

I love the variety of meals I get sent and how step by step easy it is to make. Also the ability to add servings to my health app for calorie tracking is super handy.
