Blue Rewards

It is to tricky to get extra points, when adding my card number the points should just be added. Without any PIN from the cashier.

الاعطال تأخذ وقت طويل لاصلاحها والمبالغ المودعه في المحفظه غير مسترجه فاحذرو ايداع اي مبلغ التطبيق فيه عطل من8 ايام ومش قادرين يصلحون العطل ولا يرجعون المبالغ رغم العطل

I am not able to enter the amount manually I hope u guys will fix that soon as possible

Too much buffering in du payments and app is already slow

I love the app but It’s been around one month since my points are not being added for the WordBlue game . The add is updated. Is there any solution?

Last 3 days i m trying to redeem my blue wallet cash to recharge my du sim card. But it shows unsucessfull . Blue management not resonds when i contact the customer service so bad customer services👎👎👎
