The first ride ever was nice, also given the 50% discount… On the second ride, the car selected / appointed / whatever was due to come pick us up in 17 minutes, given the ride was taking 20 minutes. I’m not sure how you guys manage the car assignment, but it definitely is lacking, to say the least… Good luck hiring and paying smarter programmers or whatever.

I did not allow location on, and it does not allow me to select from where. The where box is not editable! Before you promote an app, try to figure out that all options work!

App is crushing, unable to finalize order

It’s a a 9 minute drive … also u never have any drivers available this doesn’t make sense … . People with teslas have enough money they don’t need to become a taxi . That’s why this will never become successful .

The app shows that one car is 4 minutes away. After you book it, suddenly it changes to 10 minutes and the driver arrives after 30 minutes. How would this service worth anything?

The app estimated 8 minutes and then I have to wait 25. I tried like 4 times hoping that I will find another driver. No chance. 20 minutes, 25 minute and 18 minutes. Why are you estimating 5 or 8 minutes if they come in half an hour? Do something about it. At least give us the right information.
