Want to use face id to log in? It looks like you can... but when you try it wants you to use a second device to set it up for some reason, and even when I get said device it doesn't work.

I am recommend you to add punch in and out from this app.

The quality, performance, design of this app is horrific. Sessions are not persistent - ever. You have to log in every time. EXCEPT, it DOES keep it in the background so you get notifications even after you specifically log out and into another account. There’s ZERO features for your convenience. Praying for your downfall so my AH company has to switch something inevitably better.

The purpose of the app is great. But the actual design settings of the app not so good 1) the app should make it easier to cover sick calls. However, if you unfill a shift and it’s less then 24 hours away, it doesn’t make it available to staff. Who do you know that calls in sick more then 24 hours. 2) notifications, staff get notifications if their time off is granted. But they DO NOT get notifications if a shift either via management or another staff member is offered up to the group. They have to go in regularly to check. No one is going to do that. So in other words you still have to call staff to cover shift. 3) manager notifications don’t work properly. My managers can only view and approve their staff requests, but they get notifications for EVERY staff in the entire business. Doesn’t make sense. They should only get notifications for their staff. Improve these 3 things to make managing our business easier and this app would be a 5 star app.

Stop asking me if i want to stay logged in then log me out.. fix your broken app. Its not tough, basic AI can fix your problem.

Whenever I have to log onto the app, it says it will keep my login information. It does, but it’s my old password and I can’t change it to my new password. I don’t want to make another password for the sake, and I have to login every time by hand instead of just clicking the button and it logging me in right away, it’s very frustrating and annoying when it takes so long to get the information you need
