Sorry if that sounds trivial but the app sucks. Just creating an account is a pain. It’s so buggy I already regret my strata subscribed to this service.

Can’t register and can’t do anything. The app is so buggy. It seems as though the app is there just to collect your personal info.

Can’t create account by either method. It will send a verification number but the app doesn’t load a page to input the number. Fire whoever made this app.

Locker system and app are buggy.

This app is not working half the time. It is always a problem when your parcel is drop in a BuleBox. Would not recommend app/ service.

I had to delete the app just to see an updated list of pending & collected packages. I’m also unable to set an email to receive package alerts. Email needs some major updates to be functional.

This app feels like a test model built by a kid in elementary school. Can’t even register. Nothing happens when I hit send code to my phone number. 20mins later, sends a code, valid for 90s, excuses me?? The app has shut off in the back in 20mins and have to restart the process again. Idk how I can register

Have tried three times to make an account and it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. It is not incorrect. Useless if you can’t even make an account. My building requires it to pick up parcels so I hope they fix whatever bugs are happening.

It is very straightforward, easy to understand, and, pretty stable so far
