This app doesn’t go further than the start up screen then it just closes complete

The app is useful. However I feel for a paid app it should have some basic options like being able to mark books as “read” and putting those in a separate folder

After the latest update, all my books, but two, has disappeared. How do I get it back? Very disappointed.

All of a sudden the viewing options have changed to a very, very small print size, even when I increase the size as far as it allows, it still makes it nearly impossible to read the books that I purchased at a premium price, please change the font size and page layout back to what it was previously. If I zoom in and try to scroll to the side, the page jumps to the next page. It is extremely annoying

Can’t highlight or select text. Contacted support weeks ago and still no response. Complete waste of money! Don’t buy this app!

Everytime I get a new Ipad all my books doesn’t transfer to the new Ipad, only some. Suddenly I can’t open the downloaded ASCM file with Bluefire Reader! No message, just nothing! It isnt like I have another 10 Apps to use in order to read my books! I have ne er encounter an App with so many bugs! Useless!

Only giving it four stars cause it would be so much better if I had options to change the background to any colour or picture I want, and more options as to how I scroll or flip page. otherwise great app.

With a little glitch recently, I emailed support and received a prompt reply. I was kept up to date by Micah and it was sorted out very quickly. It’s a very user friendly app and I would recommend it 100%.

When i try open a book I've purchased that has previously opened with no problem, the app crashes. I need the book for my education please sort out quickly.
