worked great until about a month ago. Support responses are very slow. Incredibly frustrating. New version of the app turned my speakers into the equivalent of bricks.

I had used a Sonos Connect after a few years of use. (The Sonos app developed all sorts of problems.) The Bluesound Node is a wonderful replacement. It works fine. I believe the sound is a bit brighter, but that comment is in the realm of the subjective!

Do not attempt to connect multiple devices with this app. I had an NAD amp working fine for quite a while. Tried to add two Pulse Sound speakers. Completely disconnected everything and now impossible to reconnect. “Help” messages are incomprehensible. If you can get it to work, the interface is of mediocre design - Tidal for example works both in the app (poorly) or via connection but the connection must be reset every time you use the app. It’s a shame, the components are great when they work. But that is not easy to achieve.

I get a notification every 3 seconds about Amazon music- no matter what option I choose, it keeps coming back. Please fix, Sonos doesn’t have this issue…

every-time I try to play music is a chore, is almost impossible the app is always freezing and the bluetooth never works , what an expensive door holder

Not sure who’s to blame but I have frequent connection errors with Qobuz. Not the case with Tidal.

Awesome app. The only recommendation I could make is to have display connect to Chromecast on the TV similar to Roon.

I use this with an NAD streamer. It's supposed to be integrated. With my XM info saved, it still never remembers my channels. It never remembers my favorites and it takes at least 10 minutes to get it to play anything and sometimes it just never works at all and I have to use a different source. Terrible.

This app and bluOS is so bad. It NEVER connects the first time. You’re rebooting and reinstalling nearly every every time you use it. With the C700 it makes a 1.4k unit nearly unusable unless you want to get up every time you need to do something. Not having a physical remote with this unit is so annoying.

I have had to have the dealer come and trouble shoot 3 times in 6 months have had to get a dedicated tablet for it it shuts off spontaneously stops playing on one player or another or both. Doesn’t allow to use any streaming music not in their network so you have to switch to Bluetooth and then can’t link players. I hate this app I find it suspect that so many bad reviews are also marked 5 stars what’s that about?
