To be completely honest, this app is a horrible experience almost every time I use it. It crashes all the time and is never able to use Face ID even when it’s enabled. Every other time I log in, I have to reset my password to do so. Once I’m logged into the app, the user experience is fine but the logging in process is a nightmare. I have not dealt with anything even remotely as difficult with other banking or credit card apps.
