I have been playing this game for 13 years. The game itself is excellent. It's addictive, for people who love Words. But the software has always been buggy and as soon as they fix one problem others pop up. I have the impression this may be related to their constantly finding new ways to stick advertising into the game. It's the worst I've seen. Just when you've gotten used to another level of ads, they pile on more. Meanwhile, they charge a lot of money for the power ups and tokens that players use regularly. I spend far more per year on this game then I would for a one off purchase of other games to avoid ads so they are double dipping in a big way on both sides. More recently, my winning streaks have been suddenly reset from 40 or 50 games in a row to zero, even though I have not lost the game. This has happened three times over two weeks. When I try to use the help function, the representative claims that it's my fault though it is certainly not Speaking of which, the health function appears designed to prevent players from getting help. It sets up obstacles where you have to pick categories of help that are almost never relevant. Then they tell you they'll be back to you in 24 hours. But at some point during that time they sneakily send another request for a forced choice of what you want to talk about. If you miss it you get a message saying that they haven't heard from you and are closing your file.
