Often cannot connect or drops the connection. If the phone goes idle for a couple of minutes the connection drops, but the boingo app does not give an option to reconnect. A disconnect/reconnect option is a crucial basic feature that would make a big improvement.

The app fails 8 out of 10 times. I contacted the Helpdesk and was asked to call their telephone support! I am in roaming! This is exactly the reason why I signed up for this wifi service! A bit disappointed to be honest.

I have been subscribed to Boingo worldwide for nearly a year and in all my travels in the US, europe, middle east and asia, the Wifi the Boingo covers is either already free or is on the other side of the airport I am in or is a coffee shop where I have to buy something so I can sit in there and use it.  Waste of money and the app needs Internet to work, chicken and egg situation.  I am finally getting around to cancelling it today...

I have attempted to use both this app and their wifi hotspot service. Both are extremely poor in design, usability and performance.

This app has crashed several times as well as locked up. The wifi service is slower than tethering a smartphone. 

I suggest trying another service or buying a book to read.
