Boingo Wi-Finder

Does not work. Wasted two months subscription and got no service. Constant connection errors in boingo wifi zones.

Got charged 19.95$ for a 30 min connection in Paris, would have been way cheaper to use roaming! Total scam, don't give them any payment details.

Often cannot connect or drops the connection. If the phone goes idle for a couple of minutes the connection drops, but the boingo app does not give an option to reconnect. A disconnect/reconnect option is a crucial basic feature that would make a big improvement.

Find it frustrating in the main. Works approx 2 times in every 3 in areas that it claims to cover. Likely to cancel my subscription in the near future unless this experience improves

Generally Boingo does not work for me I have tried it in Ireland UK and now in Chicago Liam Larkin

The app fails 8 out of 10 times. I contacted the Helpdesk and was asked to call their telephone support! I am in roaming! This is exactly the reason why I signed up for this wifi service! A bit disappointed to be honest.

I have found this app very helpful in locating and connecting to wi go networks.

I have been subscribed to Boingo worldwide for nearly a year and in all my travels in the US, europe, middle east and asia, the Wifi the Boingo covers is either already free or is on the other side of the airport I am in or is a coffee shop where I have to buy something so I can sit in there and use it. Waste of money and the app needs Internet to work, chicken and egg situation. I am finally getting around to cancelling it today...
