Bolt Food Courier

I delivered the order to the customer and handed it over directly, but Bolt permanently banned me, claiming the “last order was not delivered.” However, the order was delivered exactly to the address! Most likely, the customer decided to keep the food and trick the platform to get a refund. But Bolt didn’t investigate the issue—those bastards just banned me permanently. So keep in mind that any customer you deliver food to can simply complain that the order wasn’t delivered, and you’ll get banned.

Had to uninstall due to cringe and useless notifications being sent out every couple of hours. Better to use Uber Eats/Glovo. Anything other than Bolt!

Irytująca aplikacja wymagająca dużo uwagi i ciaglego zjadania baterii na wlaczonym ekranie, żeby nie przeoczyć zamówienia. Mało zamówień. 95% powiadomien z aplikacji to zbedny spam.

In this application you will never earn money for yourself, even just for a piece of bread, you have to wait for 2-3 hours for one order. I don’t understand at all, Who orders through BOLT or in general, who works on BOLT deliveries, this is a completely unprofitable application. I just wasted my precious time on you.

Very bad application. 7 zloty per orders. Very cheap application. No respect to couriers.

Operator work - 2/10 My experience App automatically banned my account for order that I even didn’t seen, and didn’t accept Operator even didn’t figure it out, just made -85 pln and banned account for 1 week. I have 3 active chats and all of them ignored. Not thank you
