It’s well designed app

The application is so swift and so accurate. The only other problem is when network is bad. It took me back to where l dropped the last person after driving to pick somebody else. Maybe it was my lack of knowledge in change over but am happy. I improved in starting and ending trips. My car is a 7 seater and sometimes l go pick one . Are there catergories that one can look into?

You are blocking drivers accounts without proper verification and investigation,Imagine I was blocked during the trip to the Airport 😞😞😞

I wanted to turn off cash trips and only get card but ever since that they logged me out of my account I tried logging back in but was not getting the sms code so I kept trying and trying till I got blocked and have been trying to get help but there seems to be no way of contacting them outside of the app

App constantly freezing,giving wrong routes and location of customers

Don’t waste your time with this app. They killing drivers with super low trip fare . Imagine driving 10km for 34 rands . Many times it’s 25rands. Uber and Indriver is way better I’m moving to Uber

Please can you guys improve the gps and pickup points we tend to struggle withpickup points
