Bolt Food

We ordered from a burger shop in Limassol, order was ready on time but couldnt find a bolt delivery driver and after 2h of waiting they cancelled the order. Tried to communicate with bolt support but AI agent came up that wasnt helpful at all. 0 stars if it was possible.

Customer service is literally zero! Be sure that when something goes bad - they will not care (but their competitors will). Cyprus customer support team is simply atrocious, it's been a long time since I've seen anything this bad. Konstantinos and Sotiris - the customer support agents - need to be unemployable in this field, they lack the most basic customer service skills and are simply awful. Avoid this disgusting app at all costs.

They put the blame on customers for their errors. Poor customer service in Bolt Food Cyprus lol. Agent Angelo was unprofessional. Resolution wasn’t convincing. I made an order specifying that I don’t want BELLPEPPERS inside cause I’m allergic to them. The food came with them inside. I contacted them to asked either redeliver the Iran or I want a money refund telling that I can’t get a refund. I called the shop and the problem was solved by the restaurant . Unprofessional customer support and terrible experience as we was force closing the chat on my fave to times. Don’t waste your time and money to that application Use Wolt instead.

Orders that say 25-30mins delivery tine are getting picked up 30-40mins after being ready cooked resulting in cold food! You begin the order and it says it will arrive in 25mins and that time keeps getting increased over and over. When they finally arrive cold, i contact support staff and they say that order has arrived on time and close the chat! I send them screenshots of the time delay and everything and they ignore everything!

I ordered from Wagamama Limassol through Bolt Food. The restaurant confirmed my food was ready, but it took over an hour to be delivered, arriving cold. I requested to pick up the order myself, even offering to cover any extra charges, but my request was ignored. Support agents Jane and Yiannis were unresponsive and unhelpful. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be using Bolt Food again.

Been ordering theough bolt for years rarely have an issue unile other apps however today they showed true colors, order from kfc in limassol for my little one and the american biscuit was like a stone like at least a day or two old. Contacted support asking for a refund even told them they are welcome to send someone from restaurant to pick it up to see for themselves and send a pic, the reply was to leave a review and lady just ended chat ridiculous support at least here in Cyprus waste of space support agent named Theodora. Deleted account and unistalled the app immediately

every time we order the food is damaged and the support dont even answer or help their customers… people must stop ordering from this app just to get them a lesson to understand that their customers are not happy and that must be change

My order was declined for no reason and I never received refund. Worse app ever

It was common for the order to not arrive on initial estimated time. When I contact Customer Service they are not helpful. They often use the excuse that the couriers are partners and they don’t take accountability for the poor services provided.
