It okey, and all the inperfections are overseeable, but when you actly need to make communication with support about damaged orders, multiple times they have just said” nothin we can do”. this app used to be good, but now its all sorts of F…ed. Very dissapointed. Dont reccomend.

Last year I was so happy, because Bolt finally delivered to our house. Yeah, the delivery might have been a bit longer compared to someone who is living in the centre of the city, but we still had many nice restaurant options to choose from. Now suddenly this year they do not deliver to our house… “we are working on expansion” is just a lie.

I used to defend this app to people who complained, but it turns out it’s true – if you’ve been a customer for a while and there’s a problem, the support will do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation, not to mention refund something.
