Заказ уже как полчаса готов, курьер даже не едет в ту сторону. Уже третий раз такое. Вы либо при наборе не обучаете своих курьеров, либо они вообще не в курсе что работают курьерами

You get your order always delayed and no customer support to solve this issue. You have to pay even if you cancel +1 hour delayed order.

This company’s cancellation policy is absolutely horrible cause it does not exist. When they can’t find couriers they cancel your order by themselves, but when you try to cancel it, it is impossible and the support team’s behaviour is absolutely terrible. They tried to force me to take the order when they couldn’t even find a courier! Don’t recommend it to anyone and after this comment i am deleting this application for forever.
