Since September become crazy expensive double prices for no reason !and the most important there is no any support at all !!we are your clients and you want us to be satisfied ,safe and happy so to use again and again your application!If you are not supporting your clients is this possible to happen??!! Your driver stole 50 sr your team was answering to me that they couldn’t approach their driver !!!!their driver who is dealing with your customers!!!! At the end they told me that they will refund the money at the bank account after 14 days I didn’t receive any money but they are answering if I want my money at the bank account???? You are not respecting at all??????? Is there any manager there ?????????????

I had a terrible experience with Bolt. The driver stopped far from the pickup point, couldn’t communicate in English to resolve the issue, and then canceled the ride, charging me a fee. Despite explaining the situation to support, they refused to refund the unjust charge, hiding behind their terms and conditions. This level of service and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I would not recommend Bolt to anyone who values reliability and fairness.

Its a first time that the driver before the waiting point to take us push the button and charge us for waiting fees. I contacted with support center to bolt but never answered. This is unprofessional for bolt and fraud from the driver.

Very expensive for a scooter, 10 euros for 1 hour.

My experience with Bolt in those two cities is excellent. The fee is payed in advance, so there is no miss understanding at the arrival point or any dispute. The cars were clean, and the drivers polite. There’s nothing to discuss since you have put your destination at the up. Great experience. I always felt safe.

Drivers calling you to ask the destination and then cancel. Drivers arrive, ask where you are going before allowing you to embark and drive away if the don’t like the ride. Drivers calling you to ask to move the pick up point at the airport. The list kept going on, so deleted account and stayed just with Uber. Scooters malfunctioning, causing injuries.Was a daily user. The worst app in here.
