Report and Issue regarding your Driver
Dear Bolt, I want to make a report about your driver and this particular ride. After ordering for the ride and the driver came to my location, I explained where I was going to and he asked if that was where I put on the app and I told him yes but I don’t know my way as I don’t know the place I was going to. Mind you when we’re having this conversation, we were at the location he came to meet me, I haven’t even sat yet in the vehicle cos I was trying to put in my luggage in the car. Then the next thing he said was that he’s not entering street. I was like why? He said he won’t and if I want him to take me inside the street I will pay him extra. Then I said he can’t drop me on the road and since we haven’t left my location yet, let me just cancel the ride and find another ride cos you can’t drop me on the road and I won’t pay extra aside the price bolt has given me. He started insulting me on the road and I told him I wasn’t going again with is ride and I don’t feel safe him driving me. And he should cancel and I get another ride. I brought out my luggage, that’s when I realized he has even started the trip when I haven’t even sat in the vehicle yet. And he said I was going to pay him for the ride, I asked which ride? Cos I haven’t even entered the vehicle yet, I just put in my luggage and the vehicle hasn’t not even moved from my pick up location, so which ride will I pay for? Your driver started shouting at me on the road, held on to my luggage and I wasn’t going to leave till I pay him the estimated price on the app which was 4,100. And I told him I wasn’t going to pay anything cos he didn’t take me anywhere, we never left my location, so how do I pay for a ride I didn’t use. He kept on holding on with my luggage and dragging it with me, even broke it in the process, people passing by had to come and intervene before he let my bag go. Please I want this to be addressed.
