Driver did not come to pick me up on corret place and contacted me with delay. He charged me for it too! Customer service later on said it was your duty to find the driver! I don't feel safe with them. Why should my bank card be connected to an app who can charge you without informing you? Deleted the application.
Tested this app on three seperate occasions, two times I got nowhere and stuck on "busy" so I could not book any drivers. I live in a quite large town with a lot of drivers too. The one time I managed to get a driver the price went up 3x after booking due to "increased demand" so I had to pay a lot more for the trip than agreed upon when I booked the trip. Other alternatives may be a bit more expensive but you definitely get what you pay for.

Har brukt appen mye og har fungert super men siden siste oppdatering så virker ikke appen alls.
Får ikke brukt appen etter oppdatering i går? Det står bare å søker får ikke trykket på noe.

I’ve been using this app per more the one year, since I got pregnant. Never had a problem and ALWAYS tip the drivers since I believe it’s fair for them. My last trip though I got a different price witch in the end was double price, I contact the support and that’s the advice they give to me “NEXT TIME YOU TAKE A SCREENSHOT” We know technology sometimes can’t work and this is totally normal! But they I was treated by the agent’s support it was THE WORSE for me! Of course I didn’t take a screenshot shot of the ride cause I thought it will be no need, I trusted the app as always, but it seems they are not this trustful as I thought. Never anymore.
