this is the major issue of Bolt , even the driver are complaining , we were picked up in the wrong location , 300 to 600 meters away and were charged FOR waiting time by inconsiderate driver with 1.08 euro n delivered at wrong location too , and need to navigate further hope Bolt can improve their GPS SYSTEM LILE UBER WHICH IS MORE ACCURATE CONDUCT A SURVEY N FIND THE PROBLEM BEFORE ITS TOO LATE OTHERWISE ALL MARKETING EFFORTS WILL GO IN VAIN ESP TO TOURIST LIKE US FROM PHILIPPINES WE ARE DISCOURAGED TO USE THIS PROBLEMATIC apps

Courteous and understanding

Bolt gives you many options when looking for a ride around Bangkok. Cheaper compared to the other ride hailing app. I also got discounts on my first 10-15 rides. Definitely one to get when visiting Bangkok.

Pricing is weird, final price goes up and down. Once I got charged more than quoted and it’s really difficult to contact support. Not gonna use this anymore.

It’s a better apps to get somewhere. Price is good and you are safe. Our first night here in bangkok, we got scam from the taxi … for 2km he asked 400bht 😏 so I recommend book bolt instead. Ty 🥰😇

Excellent service

First time to use Bolt here in Paris, France and it was a very bad experience. The driver, instead of driving towards us, he was driving away from us. When I made the order, he was just 4 minutes away according to the app but as time passes, pick up time became longer. But to teach him a lesson, I did not cancel the ride even if I already took an Uber to my hotel. The ride was still active for almost 2 hours before the driver finally cancelled the ride. I took screenshots of the map as evidence and I filed a complaint via the support functionality. I deleted the app from my phone and will never use Bolt ever again. I will stick to Uber or G7. I strongly recommend to everyone to refrain from using this ride hailing app.

The App is very convenient , Also it can book right away!! no hassle. and theres alot to choose from. I love Bolt!!! 💚💚💚

Drivers can press they are arrived when they are not at your location. They also don’t take a direct route & will message to ask you to pay cash and when you say no they cancel on you after you’ve been waiting there (and they have written arrived but they aren’t there). Advertised 50% discount first ride, only 20%

Some of their drivers are young kids and they will trip you around and go out of route just to get an extra payment for the ride. And they do nothing about it!!!!
