Driver asked extra fee than shown in app. and company also protect driver even a customer reported.

Just scheduled a ride for a very early time in the morning and paid, they didn’t tell me until I the time of departure that they couldn’t find a driver so I had to reschedule my bus for a later date. After rescheduling my bus I asked for a refund from the support team and they said it was not possible because I didn’t contact them immediately (I contacted them after 25 minutes). Will never be using this app again and I never would have used it in the first place if Slovakia had Uber, Uber and Uber eats are so much better and more reliable.

Stupid app that spams ads every 10 min as notification

I like using Bolt a lot, but it’s not possible to contact support. You are given the runaround on the site and the app. I forgot to leave a tip for my driver and I can’t figure out how to do this later. It’s also unclear how I can contact support. This time my driver loses out on a tip. And then what if something happens that I want to get rectified? Make this more functional please.

I used a bolt e-bike a month and half ago. Today I got charged a fine for “ bad parking” . When I asked for proof of my “ bad parking” they sent me images taken on November 27 ( my ride was on November 13) by y someone else 🤣i asked to show me the image I took when I parked - they never replayed it! Before disappearing he ( agent) told me they can charge whatever they want. I will contact my bank to cancel the transaction. If it does not help I will consider a lawyer. Be aware of this scam!!

There are many customers who lost personal items with bolt drivers and Bolt never have a care about it. Grab is slightly more expensive but no drama and no bad experience. Bolt is one of the significant transportation app that make thailand bad experiences. Use Grab. Bolt has no office in Thailand and I don’t understand how they operate business without reliability. I am starting to switch to Grab for further rides. Bolt should get out of Thailand if they don’t wanna be looked like a scam.

We are using Bolt several times a day. Drivers are always on time. They have also been able to locate me when I am not sure where exactly to be. Cars are clean. The communication is good as we speak English.

Great app, but, for some reason drivers with tiny cars (e.g. Prius) are allowed to accept rides when “XL” vehicles are requested. This means they would be driving you in a tiny car for the XL rate, and not meeting your capacity requirements. This should not be allowed. Happy to update my review if this is fixed.
