Bongo Series A connects to the electric scooters of the Bongo A Series family, with which users can take greater control of their scooter: know relevant information about it and adjust different parameters, customizing it to their tastes and preferences.
1. On the control panel you can:
- See the speed of the scooter.
- The battery you have left.
- The temperature of the engine.
- keep track of the kilometers travelled.
- Turn the front light on and off.
-Lock and unlock the scooter.
2. In the profile you can access extra information and settings:
- Rename your scooter.
- Select the speed unit of measurement.
- Activate or deactivate impulse start.
- Choose the braking mode that best suits your needs.
- Activate or deactivate cruise speed.
- Update the firmware.

FIRMWARE
Mi patinete no me deja actualizar al firmware 2.0.5. Como lo tengo que hacer?? Tengo el firmware 1
No me cambia los ajustes
Buenas noches, me ha llegado hoy el patín y no consigo cambiar los ajustes, le das a cambiar los modos y no se queda guardado con lo que mi frenada es súper brusca no puedo cambiarla y no sé qué hacer

Hola, no puedo ajustar el tipo de freno en la app, lo marco pero al ir atrás y volver sigue en el que venia por defecto, tampoco se actualiza el firmware

No hay forma de actualizar el firmware, te dice que lo conectes a la corriente para actualizar y el patinete se apaga al conectarlo al cargador.. y encendido sin cargador tampoco va

Hola, perdonen pero como actualizo mi patinete le doy al botos para actualizar y lo conecto a la corriente y se me apaga
La app no vale
Al intentar conectar un pariente bongo serie el Bluetooth no lo encuentra y se queda buscando además ustedes dan la opción de llamar y nunca contestan
