By registering, adding the child/children, school and class, orders can be very easily input by typing the three digit item code from the catalogue. Payment is then made at completion via the secure Westpac payment gateway. There is no need to return the Order Form to the School. App is too slow, and at the moment of writing I am trying to buy books and the app doesn’t load at all even after downloading the most recent update. I wonder how many sales they are missing out on because of these app issues. The search function does not work. It’s impossible to view an existing order without adding to it. It regularly crashes and times out. This is quite literally the worst app I’ve ever used.
