I got scammed by the host while making a payment through booking.com, it has been deducted from my bank account 783 euro instead of 185 euro, and I haven’t received any confirmation letter and my money refund! The host doesn’t reply me since she deducted the money from my account, and booking customer care service doesn’t want to help me! The apartment is located in Vienna, and the name is Vienna Top Apartment! Which kind of service and behaviour are that that you don’t care about your customers and not letting even police to know this?! Were some of your workers working together with her?! Because I see just unconcern and carelessness from your side!

Çok güzel oteldi. Konumu 2 dakikaya Taksime etrafı mağazalar hiç zorlanmıyosun. Her tarafa donmuşlar önünden geçiyor. Taksim meydanı tam karşısında. Otelin rahatlığı, temizliyi, personellerin davranışı hepsi mükemmel. Odada ihtiyac duyulan her bir şey mevcut. Odanın her gün temizlenmesi havlular marşaflar ter temiz. Odada çay kahve olmasına rağmen yorgun geldiğimizde odamıza kahve bile getirdiler. Hepinize teşekkur ederiz. Senede 3-4 kez geliyoruz hep Taksimde kalıyoduk ama ilk kez Santa Rionu seçdik. Boyle oteller çok az. 🙏🏻
