Booking.com Travel Deals

I have been double charged. Booking invited me to report it on their website. I paid in Indonesian rupiah but the maximum amount that can reported is 217,800 or the equivalent of 15 $. The problem is that the room was 2,178,000. Why setting a limit that is so low? So I have a hotel that does not reply and booking that considers my report non valid as I cannot enter the amount double charged. Now I’m stuck. No one reimburse me.

Overall the app is good and easy to use. But when it comes to payments it doesn’t work and says the card has a problem even though it’s not, and it happens several times.
