شقة ممتازة مقارنة بالشقق المفروشة في اسكندرية وواسعة وتشطيبها لوكس وعفشها جيد ومالكة الشقة متعاونة جدا. ملاحظة: لاحظت في اسكندرية ان معظم المباني قديمة نسبيا والي يبي شي فاخر وخدمة فنادق لازم يستأجر في فنادق خمسة نجوم اما بالنسبة للشق المفروشة اعتقد انها افضل شقة موجوده بعد مادورت في شقق كثير وانصح بها.
