Very helpful and competitive prices.

Not sure what is wrong with this app. Ive been trying to login with all available ways, for the past two weeks, with no luck. A constant error keeps popping up "our app is currently offline". I cant even contact the support!!!

I booked an apartment for my stay via the app, once i reached the location i had to call the owner who explained that they were fully booked and had no clue about my reservation tho it was confirmed on the app. I was left on the street with my bags then had to book a hotel twice the price (which was supposed to be money for activities and food). Customer service did not do a thing. Still haven’t heard back from them. Very bad experience.

I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Booking.com. Despite booking a “5-star” hotel and having a confirmed reservation, we arrived at 6 AM only to find no one at the reception to assist us. After calling the hotel, they refused to check us in. I was traveling with two young children, and we were left walking in a freezing village at -9 degrees, desperately searching for shelter. The streets were deserted, and there were no other hotels available. It was an absolute nightmare. To make matters worse, I didn’t have access to international calls, and the Georgia contact number was not listed on Booking.com. I sent a message through the platform and was told they would respond within 24 hours – far too late for such an urgent situation. The platform’s failure to ensure that their listed hotels meet basic service standards (like having a receptionist available at any hour) and their inability to offer timely support in emergencies is unacceptable. This ordeal left my family stranded, freezing, and utterly helpless. I trusted Booking.com to provide reliable options, but this experience shattered my confidence in their service. I strongly advise others to double-check hotel policies and support options before booking with them. Let me know if you’d like any changes!

Beautiful boutique hotel .. delicious Turkish breakfast.. cool vibe.. clean .. comfy .. and I’m a calm area at tge same time near to the center.. amazing and friendly stuff .. they recommend us a lot of beautiful and charming places to visit .. we will definitely go back again ..

Nice place with a pool and access to the beach, everything is close by, very welcoming staff.
