We booked a stay in this app on December 27, paid the amount in full, but when we arrived at the property yesterday, January 1, the host/owner did not reached out to us. They never showed up. We arrived at the property around 1 pm, waited there because the check in time is 3 pm. 3 pm came and no HOST, NO HOST showed up!!!! What is happening?! I cannot cancel my booking because it says its non-refundable but what will happen to the money and our effort for coming here?! How are you going to deal this kind of situation? We are not wasting our money for this!!! This is very stressful to us especially to our mother. Please do something!!!!

Easy no hasstle in booking

This 2-bedroom condo is a cozy place to stay for a family of three. With a nice view of Iloilo River from our window. Budget-friendly. A great experience to relax. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
