I has access to a variety of hotels for my planned trip. Ty.

I booked them using my debit card they took my money and did not pay the hotel i had to pay double up until now am asking for ma refund they ignored me its been 4months

I always like your service. You have an easy app that brings you all the available options that one can make a choice from.

I paid my commission on 24th march,2025. I sent booking a message and they claimed to have not received. On 27th March I received an email saying “we have processed your payment and your invoice has been settle” my invoice was never settled. As if that wasn’t enough, booking went ahead and blocked my house from their website for late payment, I remember I paid this ungrateful app. I sent in my complaint and all I could get was “I paid to the wrong bank account” I contacted my bank and they sent me my payment information and I forwarded to booking but still my invoice has never been settled, I tried calling but no one ever picks the damn phone. Now my question is, DO YOU WANT MW TO PAY DOUBLE OR?? Ps: to everyone Booking.com is an incompitent app to its hosts and their customer service is customer hostile. And thank you for NOTHING!

We arrived at Landmark Riqqa Hotel on Saturday 11th, the receptionists were all helpful, they gave us ample time explaining the different services offered. The rooms are big and specious we were given an executive room with a smart TV so we could easily connect with home. Rooms were cleaned on a daily , wifi was always available , and we could easily access the malls and markets. I would recommend landmark Riqqa for anyone visiting Dubai.

I’ve stayed here several times.. the reason I return to the same place is because of their great service! It’s clean and well managed. I’ll particularly mention some staff that do outstanding work in serving clients— Thanks to Maissam, Abubakar, Aye and Joyce! I really commend them! They deserve recognition.
