Great stay again I will be back

This hotel is on my top fav list now. Good hospitality, friendly and caring staffs, amazing ambience and room was so neat and clean also it’s in central lakeside with good and affordable price. The most impressive thing were staffs and their politeness. Love to mention Staff Indira, Didash and Kritika. Thankyou so much 🙏🏼 !

Am I the only person fed up of having to calculate the actual price of a stay? I don’t care how much is the rate and how much is tax, but booking.com returns results and advertises one price (using search filters etc.) and then states in smaller text underneath that there is another chunk to be added on. This can’t be edited in settings (as far as I can see, any guidance gratefully received!) FFS stop playing games and just tell me the actual price from the start!

I booked my hotel a month in advance, and payment was successfully processed. The night before check-in, I was informed my reservation was canceled due to overbooking. I had to find new accommodation in freezing temperatures at an additional cost of 176 EUR. Booking.com initially promised to provide a zero-balance invoice and cover the difference, but later refused and offered just 25 EUR as compensation. Their service was unprofessional—recommendations for alternative hotels were not even for the same dates, leaving me to find a solution myself. This deceptive handling is a huge disappointment and a waste of my time and energy.

I always use booking.com for my hotels,Simple to use and I find it more transparent than the others,Hopefully they keep it like this!
