This is a scam application. I've been trying to get a refund of tickets purchased through this app. i bought the tickets using my credit card but instead of refunding the amount to my card they put the refund in in-app wallet. Now they are asking for my bank account. But i dont have a bank account with said credit card service provider. Now i cant use my money and i'm forced to buy tickets elsewhere.
there customer support is absolutely oblivious to how banks work,., do not expect any help from support if God forbid you are stuck at anything.
