Bookmate is an ebook and audiobook service that’s available globally. In addition to a free public domain catalogue, we also offer Book, Audiobook and Premium subscriptions, which give partial and complete access to our ebook and audiobook catalogues. These services are renewable on an annual or monthly basis, for a fixed monthly fee.
Renewal charges are automatically debited at least 24 hours prior to the end of the previous period. However, readers can manage their subscription package and choose to switch off the auto-renewal option in their Account Settings.
If a reader is on a free trial and chooses to purchase a subscription during that time, they forfeit any unused portion of the free trial period.

It was a perfect app for reading books, but cannot enter the app anymore. So, I can’t enjoy from reading my favorite books like 2-3 weeks. I’m paying money every month for free access whenever I want or whenever I need. I won’t wait till creators wake up to fix the bug…

Ця аплікація мені дуже сподобалась неймовірною кількістю книжок і наявністю україномовних книг. Але ж прошу полагодити додаток негайно! Я підписалась і плачу щомісячно гроші за додаток, який не працює вже 2 тижні!!! Як ви собі це уявляєте - що я платитиму за не працюючу аплікацію?! Дзуськи. І відмінити ж не можу, бо програма не працює…

Как всегда на высоте. Достаточно подробно описаны процессы окружающей нас реальности. Ещё одна точка зрения с которой сложно спорить, факты подтверждающие ее всегда в тему и безупречны. Рекомендую к прочтению.

Снимают деньги за подписку, вместе с этим при входе в приложение или личный кабинет на сайте написано, что невозможно прочитать свои книги, так как отсутствует подписка. В ответах на частые вопросы рекомендовано обновиться, удалить и заново восстановить покупки, но всё это не помогает. Просто украли деньги за премиум-подписку. Удаляю.
