Logging on to web site and in app no images show when I try to add the offers as displayed in email

I was in your shop on half moon street in Cork city and was taken care of by Rachel, in No 7 section. I just had a question about foundation colour and I am so grateful that she spent so much time trying different ones, and giving me advice on skin routine. I just wanted to say thank you to her for her kindness, knowledge and professionalism. She made a very happy customer who will be returning.

I’m trying to have this delivered to my niece who’s just out of hospital and I’m just going round the house my advantage card is in it keeps on telling me it’s not valid and I cans find the buy now button in my basket! Either I’m stupid or this is the worse app ever!

App is alright but always seems to be acting up especially when I want to view my favourites or add to my favourites. Do better Boots!

I love going onto the Boots app & seeing what offers they have every week & it also makes shopping alot easier when you can order from the app & get your order delivered straight to your door within a few days

Great App easy to access

Can’t add anything to my favourites or access my favourites items, why is this happening ? Has been broken for weeks now. App also crashes when I try to give feedback in app
