Missing products
I own several Bose products. While sound is good, this app need massive improvement. One example is Soundlink Flex not available for pairing and setup in this app. Its also very buggy and hard to use.

Setting up the 900 soundbar is nightmare
I'm extremely disappointed with the Bose music app. Despite repeated attempts, I've been unable to set it up and validate my product. The process has been frustratingly cumbersome, and I've followed all the instructions to no avail. The app's user interface is confusing, and the error messages are unhelpful. I've wasted a significant amount of time trying to get it to work. As a result, I'm unable to use my Bose product to its full potential, which is extremely disappointing. I expect more from a reputable brand like Bose. Until they resolve these issues and improve the user experience, I would not recommend any bose product to anyone.
Log in required if Internet connection is lost
The title is self explanatory. Especially when flying - if no Internet connection is available, then cannot login. I am being log out periodically, extremely annoying. I have Bose QC2; not bad they failed with if 3 months and have them replaced. The app needs improvements, definitely.
Spam in app
The app has an inbox for Bose to send you marketing materials 👎
Connectivity issues
Guy across from me on the train has Bose headphones which causes connectivity issues. Also, uninstalling the app solves any connectivity or dropouts. Useless.
Hate Bose app
I hate the fact that I have to create an user to be able to use my Bose devices, talking about Soundbar and Bass module. This also doesn’t allow any other person in the house to control the devices like bass treble etc unless they create an user on the bose page or app. This is a terrible user experience and the worst part is that I paid for it. Probably my last bose product.
Works well but no 30s skip
The app seems to work well but playing audio only has back/forward tracks which isn’t good for audiobooks which really need skip back/forward 30 seconds.
Keeps logging out and losing my settings
Really helpful app to customise my Bose QuietComfort Ultra. It keeps logging me out and removing my custom settings for my headphones all the time though which is really frustrating! Please fix this.
The Quality of the Product is unbelievable
The quality of the QC ultra is unbelievable, so clear and crispy 👍👍👍
Easy to use
Great app but would be awesome if you didn’t have to reconnect headphones every time the app is updated.
