No dark mode and no widgets
Please add a Dark mode in the app and a widget to be able to control the noise cancellation from the iOS Home Screen. This would make Bose headphones more competitive with Apple.

Bose app not worthy of Bose products
I recently bought the Bose Smart Speaker 500. Very happy with the speaker, great sound quality, screen displays album artwork, nice features. The same can’t be said of the Bose app. This is what I don’t like about the app: - outdated design - not intuitive - frequently crashes/freezes. - Deezer and TuneIn often don’t appear when you press the music icon to browse music. In short, the Bose app is not worthy of Bose’s excellent products. This is demonstrated by the 11 app updates in the past year! I also bought a Technics all-in-one hi-fi system, the SC-C70MK2. The Technics app is streets ahead of the Bose app. Modern design, very intuitive (like Apple systems), never crashes or freezes. So come on Bose. Admit that your Bose app has big problems. Do some fundamental re-design and upgrading. Your app should not need a new version every month to fix bugs 😡

The older Bose connect app supported Music Share, allowing Bluetooth streaming to two headsets. This is no longer supported in the Bose music app. This is a major reason to buy Apple EarPods in stead of Bose.

Always have to reconnect earbuds to the app, connection with iPhone not always good, background noise in one earbud, so Bose, you can do better than that, disappointed by this product …
