The quiet comfort II earbuds get booted out immediately after connecting on the iPhone app. This issue has been reported on various forums thousands of times with no real useful response from Bose (other than the boiler plate response “keep your bluetooth devices less than 33 feet apart”.) these expensive headphones are useless without the iPhone connectivity issue sorted out.
It's absolutely incredible that a company as well -established as Bose STILL can't offer a functional iOS app. It's impossible to connect, aggravating, confusing; there's 3 or 4 different apps and none of them is working correctly, the QCApp redirects to a webpage which redirects to the App Store, etc. What a mess. I'm done with Bose
This is ridiculous! I just had my bose flex 2 sound link speaker delivered. can’t read how to connect to classical music. Directions require a magnifying glass and no verbal instructions. Guess I can pile it in with other speakers that I can’t play!!!!!!
Love the app easy to use, and the ultra quiet comfort headphones are amazing 💜

This app is clunky and get worst with recent updates. If you don't have the skills to develop a quality app, hire a company that does. This app alone damages your reputation for excellence sound.
This app sucks
Seems to decide when it wants to connect and eventually doesn’t though not immediately all of the time; App doesn’t acknowledge battery status, also doesn’t allow me into Settings, gives ‘obscure and irritating msg ‘something went wrong’. That’s a great way to piss me off. Uninstalled app and reinstalled did the same thing but then everything started to work ok. No doubt issues will reappear. Pls <explicative> fix this.
Won’t connect and the website help guide is useless
