IPhone voice control is activated by a long press on the right QC earbud. There used to be a setting for disabling this shortcut. Now, the shortcut can’t be disabled anymore, due to a regression in this app.

Renders my earbuds alþost unusable, unless I keep the right earbud clear of anything that might press on it.

I bought the nc700 headphones which are great but I can’t access the features that come with it because I can’t connect it to bose music app. It somehow connects to the iphone but not to the app. I did all the things possible like resetting, removing paired devices and nothing worked. It’s a huge level of frustration that comes and it’s not something to expect from a 400 usd heaphones. It’s baffling to me how a company like bose wasn’t able to fix this issue after more than half a year and people still can’t access the app.
