Worse app ever!
Using soundbar 700 serial and the app keep losing connection to the app. Reset the wifi connection to the soundbar and problem persists. Bose please wake up and do something about it, it’s as basic as it could get.

Seems the developers of this app are deaf to both music and user input. Otherwise they would have added the “ultra” basic option of being able to save your EQ settings because for example classic music obviously needs different settings than EDM. Since that essential feature is missing I rate this app one star instead of five.
아이패드 가로모드 지원이 안되네요…
For the past three days the soundbar isn’t playing Any sound which’s connected to the tv. What the hell is going on Bose?
Where is the iOS widget to control volume? Isn’t it 2024 yet? Why do I have to walk over to the SoundBar, find a remote control, or navigate 3 pages into an app just to change the volume? My phone is always less than an arm’s length away.
It keep happened
Bose music is good but the service is worst don’t buy any bose products bcoz of there is physical damage service they provide…They will not give alternate also pls don’t buy bose products worst company worst service pls don’t buy these cheap products
Keeps asking you to sign in again, refuses to connect to devices (both my AirPlay speaker & QC Earbuds II)
I had the latest QC Ultra Earbuds for almost a month. 1st few weeks there is always connection issues that I have to put the earbuds into the charging case and take them out again, occasionally need to re-pair as new. However, this week the earbuds just get disconnected within 2mins and they have to be repair again and they get disconnected again within 2min! I end up deleted the app and I never face connection issues anymore. So the root cause it the Bose app! I switched from AirPods Pro and I love the better sound quality for Bose. But the connection issues really makes me regret my decision.
Simply loves it, love the noise cancellation, sound is clear and if you love bass surround, you will love them. Last but not least, it fits nicely 😊
