Terrible
This app is unacceptable. It takes a lot of tries to connect with the other party if we connect at all…It literally is the only app that they allow for video calls in Dubai and the interface is unusable and full of ads.
Quality is below standard
The image is mostly unstable It takes three or more efforts to connect We need an improved service since we are paying for it

Line drops all the time. Can’t hear or see well. Picture freezes etc
Unknown errors
It was good before. I am using for a long time. Now sometimes errors coming. Loading increased. Video getting very dark. Sometimes automatically closed….
Don’t get notified
Everytime I call or My friend call we don’t get notified and our phones don’t ring

Since the last months connection became worse, if you banning calls from other apps please in this case make your app perfectly working!
Money transfer option
Never send money via botim money transfer, it’s a risk. They will offer you big exchange rate but the payment remittance will get cancelled in between and they will say will return in 5 working days. No way to contact their customer care as they say they only receive call from du and Etisalat prepared number( I still don’t get this logic) , their email can’t receive any email and their chat bot is sleeping. This is another way to get liquid money to roll over they get money for 5 days. It’s a scam don’t send money..
International Transfer
A very bad app for international Transfers. I send money to my friend from uae around 48 hours ago but still he didn’t receive the amount. Their customer service team is so bad no reply
