Very hard to make a call
Ever since iOS update i cant connect the calls. It slow, lagging, and the connection is showing as unstable despite the internet speed. Cannot even send a complaint? Or bug report?

Pathetic App
Horrible interface, pathetic quality of video and audio, tons of glitches and they have the audacity to display ads in such a worthless paid App. Shame on the UAE telecom providers for enforcing this on the citizens. (They’ve blocked Skype, Whatsapp video, messenger etc)
Shows ads after paying AED 100 PER MONTH.
After paying AED 100 every month for subscription it still shows me pop up ads. Quality of the call is poor and the call gets disconnected randomly at times. Very disappointed.
Speaker phone problems
Speaker phone doesn't work while on video call
Doesn’t work.
Paid for this and doesn’t work constantly trying audio calls as video no chance and I can’t hear the other caller. Etisalat say talk to BOTIM and BOTIM don’t talk to me. I don’t pay for things that don’t work. Cancelled.

Frequent adverts are annoying
No choice for group video calls... Poor audio and video clarity compared to Watsapp and Skype... App doesn’t support multitasking ... Once you fix these 3 issues, I will give you 5 ⭐️
Unknown errors
It was good before. I am using for a long time. Now sometimes errors coming. Loading increased. Video getting very dark. Sometimes automatically closed….
