Not activating

I installed the app but no code received. It keeps saying resend code in 59” but never arrives.

No ring notification

People try call me on Botim but it doesn’t ring or give me any notification that someone is trying to call me. Only when I go into the app I see a notification of missed call.

It is great

Verification code issues

I downloaded this app but no matter what I do I do not receive a verification code and cannot proceed. This appears like a frequent issue but there is no help on the matter?

Over heating, glitching SAME ISSUES

Nothing has changed, writing to report the same issues months later? It has soo many issues which are never dealt with. While video calling, my iPhone overheats while using the app (overheating is actually worse than before on iPhone 15). HD version is shocking DOES NOT improve video quality at all, yet I am being charged monthly for this. I have sent countless requests for this to be debugged and fixed to work smoothly, yet nothing is done. This app is painful to use, yet I have no choice and forced to as certain countries do not allow WhatsApp. Please get proper developers and fix what we are paying for!!!!!

App keeps crashing since update

Since the last update 2weeks ago app keeps crashing and freezing during calls and video calls have deleted and reinstalled app and still does this within 30min during calls to close app completely and restart and again over and over very frustrating was never like this at all

Is BOTIM safe?

BOTIM uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. BUT!!! However, they cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat their security measures. (Same like other apps).

Great App but can be more consistent

The recently started using the App and it works great and largely based off WhatsApp. The one annoying issue is that even though I have the latest version, I am unable to view some messages from friends and I get a message stating that I need to upgrade the App to view the message.

Calls unreliable and often delayed

I’ve used the app for several months now. App used to be functional but now I struggle to call family and friends on BOTIM as calls says connecting and doesn’t connect or call connects and there is delay or line is unclear. The app has also been flooded with continuous reminders to upgrade to VIP service. I might’ve considered paying and upgrading if I knew BOTIM offered a superior and reliable and encrypted service but the quality has deteriorated further over the last few months. I have resorted to paying the extra and making local and international calls though the network provider instead.

What the fudge am I paying you knobs for?

Can you just bring back a full connection to Skype cause this app is S.H.!.T, don’t reinvent the wheel to make money
