After installing BOTIM, it says I have to enter my mobile number (which I did), and that a code would be sent to that number - but I did not HEAR the arrival of the code,
Because I have my mobile set on ‘sound’, I always get a ‘notification sound’ when a code arrives in my text messages.
Albeit, no ‘notification sound’ was made when the code for the BOTIM app arrived, and I thought the BOTIM app setup wasn’t working - so I rang Apple Support, who helped to get the BOTIM App set up on my mobile phone.
Furthermore, Apple Support recommended that I inform you, that the ‘notification sound feature’ on the BOTIM App feature is missing.
My feedback and recommendation to you now is : to get the ‘notification sound feature’ programmed/added in, to the Installation Process, of the BOTIM App.
Glitchy app
Put my number in to receive a 6 digit pin from them so I can sign up and didn’t send me a pin? Tried it 30 times and still nothing. Definitely got area code right and the number as well. What a bad app.
Doesnt send otp on ipho e
It doesnt seem to work in uk, as i am not receiving otp

Tried many times, deleted reinstalled. SMS verification never arrived. - FAIL
Horrible app
Crashes everyday, mid call. I thought it was a one off issue but now it happens daily.
I also never get notified if someone calls or messages, even though all notification settings are on. This app is extremely glitchy.
Account activation
The account activation won’t even work. I followed all the steps and I never got a verification code and I asked to resend it around 10 times and nothing happened.
Code does not come through
I'm from the UK and for some reason the code does not come through so I can't make an account and I asked my friends to try it and the code does not come through for my friends either

No notifications
Notifications not receiving and phone doesn’t ring when people are calling. It was working fine until I updated the app.
