Customer services are very bad i deposited amount and the app bluged and took the amount from my card and from 2023/12/31 till now the amount not aded

Resource session not valid appears after entering phone number so I cannot open account

They sent my creditcard but unfortunately, i don’t have an account in Riyadh Bank. I’m trying until now, maybe not only 50 times i tried but it cameout with this Bouki account. How will i know about my creditcard? Can somebody help and teach me how?

This App asked me to Trust a device. However, there was no OTP sent for confirmation. I requested for a technical issue. They gave me 5-7 days. It was more then 15 days I waited. And they are saying the issue is fixed. In reality the issue is still unresolved. I called them up again. And the asked me for a new technical request. Please…. I need my money. It’s stuck because of your stupid system/app.

Since i open an account and i received already my card but the problem is the online application. It says after the call that they will send the OTP but no otp had been send to me. Almost everyday i try but it always same.

if you want to register a new account in Riyadh Bank and your ID starting with 2 they just dump you to this service.
