Bound - Audiobook Player

I tried a lot of audiobook-players to use for playing my downloaded audiobooks. Bound is the best, and it has never let me down

I tried multiple audiobook players and it works much better than any other alternative.

I have tried several audiobook apps, and this stayed my favorite for the last 3 year. Highly recommend!

This audiobook app has almost everything you need. There could be more speed options however.

When rewinding from iOS Control Center playback is muted in the app and can’t be restored without restarting app. Minor thing, but annoying!

For a long time I tried to find and use different audiobook players, mainly free ones. After Bound I havent spent one second looking for anything else. At first I did not understand how moving files from my PC to iphone/Bound worked, but that works peerfectly through the browser upload. I generally work my audiobooks through MP3Tag first to get all metadata in perfect order.

Really the best way to listen to DRM-free books without having to sync them using iTunes! A watch app would be a great addition. I would love to have an easy way to play DRM-free books using just the watch! :)

I've been searching for this sort of app and it works good

Purchased this app strictly for the google drive access but they have since removed it after I paid for the app. Was good when they had Drive but now it’s not worth the money. Update: Web Upload is now broken as well and OneDrive doesn’t work

I often download free BBC programs and use this app to manage and play them back. Would recommend! Update: It’s been years and I still love this app. But please allow export of audio in the app. Please fix the “ stop playing if you lock the screen” bug that occasionally occurs.
